Effective October 5, 2026. How Close? is operated by Air Tech Enterprise LLC. This policy explains what happens to information when you use the How Close? app for iPhone.

We do not collect your data

How Close? does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. The app has no account or sign-in, no advertising, no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party software development kits. The app does not make network requests of its own.

Information stored on your device

Your game progress, including daily results, streak, and best score, is stored only on your iPhone using standard app storage. It is not sent to us or anyone else. Deleting the app removes this data from your device.

Sharing your result

If you choose to share a result, the app opens the standard iOS share sheet with a short text summary of your score and a link to the app. You decide where it goes, and the service you choose handles that shared copy under its own policies.

Permissions

How Close? does not request access to your location, camera, photos, contacts, microphone, or other protected device data.

Children

How Close? does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
